FIRST ENERGY SIGNS SECOND PPA WITH PENNSYLVANIA WIND FARM
On February 5, FirstEnergy Corp. announced that its competitive
subsidiary, FirstEnergy Solutions, had entered into a 20-year
agreement to purchase the output of a new 65-MW wind generation
farm being developed in Somerset, Pa. Generation Resources
Holding Co. (GRHC) is developing the project.

criticism from Acton residents.

Energy authorities warned that because energy resources cannot
meet increasing demand, the need for structural reforms is
